Kyrgyzstan:
ISO 3166-2 reports that Bishkek city was split from Chüy region.
Romania:
ISO 3166-2 reports that Ilfov department was created.
Uzbekistan:
ISO 3166-2 reports that Toshkent city was split from Toshkent region.
