Change history:

Under Israeli administration, Gaza was divided into the subdistricts of Gaza, Khan Yunis, and Rafah; the West Bank was divided into the subdistricts of Bethlehem, Hebron, Jenin, Jordan, Nablus, Ramallah, and Tulkarm.
