Changes affecting status:

1. Guernsey: ISO assigned it a separate country code.
2. Isle of Man: ISO assigned it a separate country code.
3. Jersey: ISO assigned it a separate country code.
4. Norway: Possible future reorganization.
5. Uganda: Added the fourteen new districts to the table.
6. United Kingdom: ISO removed Channel Islands and Isle of Man.

Secondary divisions:

1. United Kingdom: Same as above.

Time zones:

1. Iran: Daylight saving time has been abandoned.
2. Sri Lanka: Sri Lanka reverts to UTC+5:30 in April.
3. United States: Indiana counties are reconsidering.
