Changes affecting status:

1. Denmark: change of status of Bornholm. More information on future regions.
2. Myanmar: may have a new capital.

Other data added:

I'm doing a little work on the Territorial extent sections, identifying more enclaves and four-statoid meeting points.

1. Argentina: more information about municipalities, name of capital district.
2. Belarus: added to change history. Found more precise areas and latest census data.
3. Central African Republic: added 2003 census data.
4. Iceland: added a list of postal codes.

Secondary divisions:

1. Belarus: added district names in Belarusian.
2. United States: cleared out and replaced some dead links to county maps.

Time zones:

1. Georgia: now permanently on UTC+4.
