2. Armenia: added to change history.
3. Cambodia: minor additions to change history, etc.
4. Central African Republic: added 1972 geographic codes to change history.
5. Spain: updated one ISO code.
6. Venezuela: added to change history.

I updated the Statoid Factoids with the improved areas for Canadian provinces and territories, which I changed on the Canada page last December.

Secondary divisions:

1. Central African Republic: added 1972 geographic codes to change history.
2. France: minor correction to change history.
3. Madagascar: added to change history.

Time zones:

1. Australia: noted a small and obscure time zone (Central Western).
2. Kazakhstan: conflicting reports of changes. Also updated the main Kazakhstan page.
3. Mongolia: rumors of changes.
4. United States: all of Indiana will use DST next year.
