Added text from the book "Administrative Subdivisions of Countries" to country listings for British Virgin Islands, Serbia and Montenegro, Swaziland, Sweden, Switzerland, Syria, Tajikistan, Thailand, Togo, Tonga, Trinidad and Tobago, Tunisia, Turks and Caicos Islands, Tuvalu, Uganda, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, United States, United States Minor Outlying Islands, U.S. Virgin Islands, Uzbekistan, Vanuatu, Vatican City, Venezuela, Wallis and Futuna, Western Sahara, and Zambia. The entire book has now been adapted to the format of the website.
