1. Indonesia: two new provinces created.

1. Bolivia: added NUTE codes and some change history.
2. Colombia: added NUTE codes.
3. Gabon: replaced preliminary 1993 census data with final data.
4. Ghana: added 2000 census data.
5. Guyana: added areas of regions.
6. India: added vehicle codes.
7. Indonesia: added population history.
8. Italy: added 2001 census data, areas of new provinces.
9. Mongolia: replaced preliminary 2000 census data with final data.
10. Netherlands Antilles: described reorganization plan.
11. Oman: added 2003 census data.
12. Portugal: updated populations and areas to 2001 census. Described new divisions that will be implemented soon.

Secondary divisions:

1. Bolivia: added NUTE codes, capitals, change history.
2. Colombia: updated to 2002, added NUTE and DANE codes, areas, and capitals.
3. Ghana: added districts.
4. Guinea: added subprefectures.
5. Iceland: added municipalities.
6. Jordan: added variant names.
7. Mongolia: added soums.
8. Oman: added wilayat.
9. Portugal: updated populations and areas to 2001 census.
